This Red Co-Ords Matching Lounge Set is perfect for a throw on Glam look at home. The Cropped Jumper and Elastic waisted Joggers are hand-dyed using Red tones. No two pieces are alike which gives you something totally unique in nature that you cannot replicate anywhere else on the high street. This Co-Ords matching set can be matched with Tie Dye or plain bottoms along with either a drawstring hoodie or Round neck Jumper. Check out the collections. Please check the size chart for exact measurements as we do not offer refunds due to the items being hand-dyed and made to order.

 RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by the day that you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packing with labels attached, Hygiene labels on the Swimwear and in a suitable condition for us to resell the product. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged for reason, or labels have been removed you will not be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition we have the right to refuse a refund. It can take up to 10 working days after receiving your returns, for the items to be processed, exchanged or refunded

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, this can take up to10 days.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If paid with Clear Pay or Klarna please contact there customer support. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be refunded or exchanged as long as they are returned in a re-saleable condition, within the 14 days as stated.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange any items that are unsuitable, please fill out the exchange section of our returns form and return with your item. Please note we can only exchange items for a different size or colour. If you require another style, please return your item and then place a new order. Please return your item to:

FAULTY ITEMS

If for some unfortunate reason, you receive an item that is faulty, please send it to the address above. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please email us regarding the fault. jessicastoneltd@gmail.com
